Formed in August of 2000, The Satuit Capital Management Trust (“SCMT”) is a Delaware business trust. The Trust has been established under the Delaware Business Trust Act.

SCMT has issued its first “Series of the Trust”. The name of the first Series is called the Satuit Capital  Micro Cap Fund (the “Fund”). The contributions to this Series shall be held and managed in trust for the benefit of the Shareholders.

SCMT has hired Satuit Capital Management, LLC (the “Advisor”) to conduct the day-to-day investment management of the Fund. The Fund's investment objective is to provide investors with long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 65% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of U.S common stocks with market capitalizations under $500 million (“micro cap” companies). The Advisor will select portfolio securities which the Advisor believes exhibit reasonable valuations and favorable growth prospects.
